Known as the upside-down tree the Baobab enjoys an iconic stature in African culture. It is seen as the tree of life symbolizing, wisdom, prosperity and stature. This collection is a curated anthology of the finest fine art photography prints of baobabs in Southern Africa.


German-born Klaus Tiedge (1965-2019) had been a prominent figure in commercial photography for more than 20 years, having worked in numerous countries, including India, Japan, Brazil and the USA. In 2001 Klaus moved to South Africa and settled down in Cape Town, taking full advantage of the thriving fashion industry and the region's optimal conditions. We offer a quality picture framing service, have a look at some popular styles we offer. If you require framing, please get in touch with us after making your print purchase, and we will provide a quote depending on the size type of framing style you are interested in. It's best to send us a picture of your wall, and we will send back options to consider. Packaging and shipping of frames within South Africa are billed at a flat rate of $50 (R690) per item for door to door delivery. The courier cost for frames to all other countries will be quoted for client approval.
