Quality and Warranty

What paper and inks do you use when making a print?

We only use quality archival fine art papers and ulta chrome or UV cured inks, so we guarantee that you will receive a print that will not fade.

What if I am not satisfied with my order?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee, and Martin Osner, the founder of the Art Photography gallery still signs off every print before it is packaged, so you can be assured of receiving a high quality product.

Orders and Returns

Do I need an account to place an order?

You will need to create a login account to purchase from us. In this way we can capture your correct details and track your order as it makes its way to you.

What if I don't want to type in my personal details? Is there another way to order?

Yes, you are welcome to call in during office hours and we will take your order and payment details over the phone. No problem at all.

How can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Simply send us an email and we will confirm cancellation and arrange a full refund. If you would like to change your order, you can call us or send an email with instructions and we will amend your order accordingly.

Am I able to track my order?

Yes, you will received a tracking number once you packaged print leaves us. You will also be updated through the entire process for printing to delivery.

Payment Information

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards, Paypal and Electronic funds transfer (EFT). Unfortunately we do not accept cash.

Is ordering online from you safe?

Yes, with the platform we use and the payment gateways utilized you have no need to be concerned. Remember if you are unsure you are welcome to phone your order through to us.

FRAMING SERVICE

Can I order a print framed?

Yes, absolutely. We do offer a bespoke framing service.

Can I order a frame online?

As we offer custom framing, you will need to contact us with regards to framing. We will email you options depending on which print you are ordering. Quotations and cost of shipping is then provided before completing the order.

How long does it take to have a frame made?

Our workshop normally competes a frame in about seven days.

Shopping Information

What shipping methods are available?

We offer door to door courier delivery with either FedEx, UPS or DHL.

How long will it take to receive my print?

Allow for five to ten working days.

How is my order packaged?

Prints are packaged is a strong walled cardboard tube.

What happens if the package is lost or damaged?

We insure all consignments, so if you order is lost or damaged it will be replaced free of charge and without delay.

Do you ship framed prints and at what cost?

Yes, we custom crate and ship framed prints. Unlike with print orders where shipping is free, with framed prints we will quote on shipping first before finalizing the order.

Is your delivery service for prints really free?

Yes, absolutely. Order any print/s from us and you will not pay a cent. We will get it to you anywhere in the world for free of charge.
